Training is one of the most used words in real estate. Some company's say they offer it and some company's hit and miss with it. In my 33 years in the industry I have seen the benefits of a good training program. In my opinion a good training program should hold agents accountable, have a system of tracking the activity and be able to measure the effectiveness and the "Results" of the training.
